Wael Metwally

Senior CIPS Instructor | MCIPS, MBA, PMP

Wael brings over 15 years of senior procurement experience across oil & gas, construction, and government sectors in the UAE and Middle East. He holds MCIPS Chartered Membership, an MBA, and PMP certification — combining academic rigour with deep practical expertise.

As a practising procurement leader and educator, Wael bridges the gap between theory and real-world application. His teaching methodology focuses on practical case studies, real procurement scenarios, and exam technique mastery — which is why his students consistently achieve a 98% pass rate.

Wael has trained over 500 procurement professionals across the GCC, helping them achieve CIPS certification and advance into leadership roles at organisations including ADNOC, Emirates, DP World, and various UAE government entities.
